You may or may not know about the new book series for Adventures in Odyssey.
Well, it's called The Imagination Station. In these books, you'll follow kids from Odyssey as they experience adventures in Whit's greatest invention.

There's 4 books in the series. 2 are coming out this October with 2 more books in February 2011.
Here's a list of 3 of the books' titles:

More Act Like Odyssey in another video podcast! That's right. In the latest OAIOP, Bob and Jesse show us more videos from fans acting out AIO eps. And maybe even a script teaser?

It's been a long wait but now we have some summaries for the new AIO shows airing this fall!
Below is all the summaries that have been released.


The Mystery of the Clock Tower I
When the town clock begins resetting itself to 11:45, Eugene and Matthew try to solve the problem technologically while Whit and Connie research a possible unrequited love story connection.

The Mystery of the Clock Tower II
In spite of Eugene's best efforts, the computer that controls the town clock is not responding and now the clock has begun a backwards countdown to a potential disaster. But who is behind the plot and why? Is a broken heart to blame? Can the mystery be solved before it's too late?

Wooton's Broken Pencil Show
Wooton—and Captain Absolutely—fill in for Connie on her radio program when she's called away for a car emergency.

 Stage Fright
Emily and Matthew investigate the strange noises coming from backstage at the school auditorium that has the entire cast of the school musical too scared to return to the show.

Fast As I Can
After Whit explains that the purpose of fasting is to give up something you enjoy—though not necessarily food—in order to concentrate on a spiritual issue, Connie, Eugene, Wooton, and Matthew choose to fast in ways that are as unique as they are.

Sounds like we're going to get some great comedies and mysteries this season! Make sure to tune in October to hear Album 52!

For 10 podcasts, we've been using this for our album art:

I had originally intended to have a new pic to release with our tenth episode but that didn't work out. So now I'm giving you a chance to change it yourself!
And that is this month's contest: make your own album art for the Blogcast.

What you have to do:

1. Create your own original album art for our podcast. Be as creative as possible, but make sure to include the words "AIO Blogcast" or "Adventures in Odyssey Blogcast" on your album art.
2. Send a 800 x 800 and 100 x 100 size of your art to austinpeachey@yahoo.com.
You may also upload your files on another site such as File Flyer and send me the link for it through my email.

Make sure to get your entries in before August 27th!

Edit: The date has been extended to September 16 so you can have more time to work on your project.

After all the entries have been collected, the photos will be posted on this site.
Then you and everyone one else who visits this blog, will vote on which one should be the Blogcast's new album art. The person who's photo with the most votes is the winner.

And what does the winner get?
The winner will receive 50 ToO dollars and the winner's album art will be shown on the first podcast of Season 2 of the AIO Blogcast and on every episode for all the world to see.

Here's some guidelines for the contest:

Do not send in any objectionable pictures. Anyone who does so will be disqualified.

You must be a member of the Town of Odyssey to enter.

Only one submission per person.

Odyssey fansites are the best! Recently, several sites have added some really cool features.

First off, The Odyssey Scoop has updated their Chicken Soup section into a section completely run by fan AIO submissions. Including fan made videos,audio,episode scripts (BTV: Justice should be made into a real Odyssey show!) and more! Check it out!

Another neat thing up on The Odyssey Times' blog is a special music feature where you can listen to some of the music featured on AIO! Make sure to point your mouse in that direction.

Also the digital encyclopedia of Adventures in Odyssey, AIO Wiki, is celebrating 100,000 edits plus several neat statistics and the release of some new cool features. Head on over to find out more!


Lastly, there's a Battle of the Podcast over on the ToO, round 1 actually. It's to see which podcast is tops. So make sure to go vote, especially if you vote for the AIO Blogcast :D!

I was going to change the look of the blog much earlier in the summer but I thought I'd keep the 3-column template till next year.

But after seeing what I could do, I changed my mind. So, what you know see is the AIO Blog Version 3!

The blog colors are going back to their original colors when the blog first started. Also, we have some new page tabs at the top. A popular request was to give the Blogcast it's own page. Now it has found it's new home.
Also, to promote the AIO Search Engine, it also has it's own page.

I'm still in the process of tweaking things so if something doesn' look right, please tell me.
